What’s your return policy?
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us !
– Made to order can not be cancelled and are Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable.
European buyers have the right of withdrawal of 14 days upon receipt of the goods. This applies for physical goods and with the exception of goods made to order or clearly personalized goods.
After notifying our store of the desired return, the shipment must be made within 14 days, the return costs are borne by the customer, our store does not bear these costs. Attention,
the expenses for the voluminous parcels can be important, according to the carrier that you will choose, being able to approach 100€.
– If your package is lost, no full refund will be considered. If your package is returned to us, the refund may be made in reduction of postage and shipping costs related to a reshipment due to lack of distribution to your address (TO COVER THE COSTS). We cannot be held responsible.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items.
If any of these apply, please contact us with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know within a week after receiving your order.
Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
